SBY SISIG is a sisig shop in Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro. This app exists
to take orders and deliver food. Everything below describes only what that
requires — we do not collect anything we do not need to hand you a meal.
What we collect
- Your name and email, from the Google account you sign in with.
- Your contact number. Required — a delivery nobody can be called
about is a cooked meal with nowhere to go.
- Your delivery address, and the map pin if you choose to drop one.
- Your orders — what you bought, when, and how much it cost.
Location
The app asks for your location only when you tap to pin your address on
the map, and only to fill in that pin. It does not follow you around, and
nothing is recorded when the app is closed. You can refuse and type your
address by hand instead.
Payment
Online payments are handled entirely by PayMongo, a licensed
Philippine payment processor. Your card or e-wallet details are entered on
their page and never reach us — we are told only whether the payment
succeeded and for how much.
Who else sees it
Nobody, apart from the two services that make the app run: Google
Firebase, which stores the data, and PayMongo, which processes
payments. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with
advertisers, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not delivering your
order.
Who in the shop can see it
A seller sees your name, number and address only for the order they are
delivering. The shop owner can see order records, because those are the
books the business runs on.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as the shop's accounts. Your profile and saved
addresses stay until you ask us to remove them.
Deleting your data
Message us and we will delete your account, your saved addresses and your
contact details. Past sales stay in the shop's books with your name
removed, because a business has to be able to account for what it sold.
Children
This app is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date
below.
