The short version
SBY SISIG is a sisig shop in Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro, Philippines. This app exists to take orders and deliver food. We collect what that requires and nothing else. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
What we collect
- Your name and email, from the Google account you sign in with.
- Your contact number. Required — a delivery nobody can be called about is a cooked meal with nowhere to go.
- Your delivery address, and a map pin if you choose to drop one.
- Your orders — what you bought, when, and how much it cost.
- For our own staff only: a rider's location while they are carrying an order, so the customer waiting can see the delivery is on its way. It stops and is deleted when the order is completed.
Permissions the app asks for
Payments
Online payments are handled entirely by PayMongo, a payment processor licensed in the Philippines. Your card or e-wallet details are entered on their page and never reach us — we are only told whether a payment succeeded and for how much.
Who else sees your information
Only the two services that make the app work:

We do not sell your information. We do not pass it to advertisers. We do not give it to anyone who is not delivering your order.
Who inside the shop can see it
A rider sees your name, number and address only for the order they are delivering, and is told in writing not to keep it, share it, or contact you afterwards. The shop's admin can see order records, because those are the books the business runs on.
How long we keep it
Your profile and saved addresses stay until you delete your account. Records of completed sales are kept as the shop's accounts, as any business must.
Children
This app is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the bottom.
Contact
Deleting your account
You can delete your SBY SISIG account yourself, from inside the app. It takes a few seconds and does not need anyone's approval.
- Open the app and go to Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your name, email and contact number
- Your saved addresses and map pins
- Your sign-in account — you will be signed out immediately
This happens straight away and cannot be undone.
What is kept, and why
Records of orders you already paid for are kept as the shop's sales accounts — a business has to be able to account for what it sold. Your name, number and address are removed from those records, leaving only what was bought, when, and for how much.
Staff accounts
If you are a seller or rider, the app will ask you to contact the shop owner instead. Deleting a staff account directly would break the delivery and payout records other people depend on. The admin removes staff access, and the account can then be deleted like any other.
